01Our money-back guarantee
We stand behind the 5-Day Postpartum Pilates Challenge. If you attend the live sessions and follow the Program as instructed and still do not feel a difference in your core by Day 5, you are eligible for a full refund of your fee — no hoops.
02Eligibility for a refund
To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, you must:
- Complete the full 5-day challenge as instructed, attending the live sessions.
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of the final session.
- Use the same name, email, and payment details provided at the time of purchase.
The guarantee is designed to protect participants who genuinely show up and do the work.
03What is not eligible
Because this is a live, structured recovery experience, the following are not eligible for a refund:
- Missed live sessions where the Program was not completed as instructed.
- Requests made after the 7-day window following the final session.
- Requests based solely on a change of mind after the challenge has been delivered.
- Rescheduling to a future batch in place of a refund.
04How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at business@trainergoesonline.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, including your full name, the email and phone number used at checkout, and the date you joined the challenge.
05How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner (Razorpay). Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
06Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
