These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your enrolment in the 5-Day Postpartum Pilates Challenge (the “Program”) offered by Dr. Deepali Gupta and Ikore Pilates. By accessing the site or purchasing the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02The Program

The Program is a live, educational Pilates-based experience delivered online over five consecutive days via Zoom, supported by a private WhatsApp community for links, reminders, and instructions. Session timings, dates, and content may be adjusted at our discretion to improve the experience.

03Eligibility

The Program is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that any health information you provide is accurate.

04Not medical advice

All content, systems, and coaching services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional — including your obstetrician, gynaecologist, or physiotherapist — before beginning any exercise program, especially during postpartum recovery.

You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own health and safety. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms.

05Results disclaimer

Client results and testimonials vary based on individual factors such as consistency, medical history, lifestyle, time since delivery, mode of delivery, and adherence to the Program. Outcomes are not typical or guaranteed.

06Payment and pricing

Access to the Program is granted upon successful payment of the stated fee. Prices are displayed at checkout and are processed securely through our payment partner. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may change without notice.

07Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

08Participant conduct

To keep the community safe and supportive, you agree not to:

• Record, copy, redistribute, or resell any session, material, or content.
• Share your access, session links, or community invites with others.
• Post abusive, unlawful, or disruptive content within the community.

We may remove participants who violate these terms without refund.

09Intellectual property

All content provided as part of the Program — including videos, guides, methods, and the Built-in Corset Method™ — is the intellectual property of Dr. Deepali Gupta and Ikore Pilates and is protected by applicable laws. It is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

10Third-party services

The Program relies on third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, and payment and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties. This website is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta; FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Deepali Gupta and Ikore Pilates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
